What do you like best?
MindTickle is an easy to use and administer cloud-based sales effectiveness platform. As the leader for our enablement vision/strategy I like the focus on continuous product enhancements to help drive “enablement-on-demand”, simple configuration, analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike?
Being somewhat new to the market, it’s hard to find administrators/operations staff familiar with the platform. However, since the technology is so easy to administer/use, this is not a big issue.
Recommendation to others considering the product
Take time to meet with their executive team…they ultimately had the most impact on our decision to partner with MindTickle (confidence, credibility, genuine concern with our needs short/long term).

In a hyper-growth start up, we need the ability to quickly create learning assets (curriculum series, courses, updates, missions) along with the ability for our sales leaders to coach and help certify our global sales force…especially new hires. Our enablement team is small so being able to scale, support the growing demands and stay one step ahead is critical. MindTickle continues to have a positive impact as we address these dynamics all while positively impacting new hire time to ramp and overall sales productivity.
