Nick Cady is the Manager of Training and Customer Experience at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, based in Milwaukee, WI. With over 22 years at the company, Nick brings a wealth of experience across multiple departments—including Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Dealer Development. His cross-functional background gives him a unique perspective on how to drive performance and engagement across Harley-Davidson’s global dealer network. In his current role, Nick oversees the HDU training portal, powered by Mindtickle, which serves as the central Learning Management System for Harley-Davidson dealers worldwide. His team is responsible for developing and deploying impactful training content focused on New Product launches and Dealer & Department Operations—ensuring that dealership staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You can register online here. The conference is complimentary for our customers and GTM leaders seeking insights, product announcements, and peer networking.

Yes! A full agenda, including speaker details, is available here on the event website. A quick snapshot of timing is below:

  • September 24: Registration and lunch start at 11:30am CT. Sessions run from 1:00 - 5:00pm, followed by a networking reception.
  • September 25: Breakfast opens at 8am CT. Sessions run from 9:00 - 4:00pm CT, followed by a closing reception.

Meals and refreshments during conference hours are provided at no cost to attendees. Dietary restrictions can be noted upon registration. Travel and accommodations are the responsibility of attendees.

The dress code for ’25 Elevate is business casual.

While Elevate will not be streamed live, select sessions will be recorded and made available post-event.
