Our Approach

Mindtickle uses a hybrid approach when integrating with the modern enterprise tech stack, including a homegrown integration service and an OEM-sourced leading iPaaS (integration platform as a service). Based on this approach, the Mindtickle Sales Readiness Platform provides several out-of-box integration options to seamlessly function with most sales and business tools.


In order to support secure access and user profile data sync for user management, Mindtickle allows for integration with any Identity Provider (IdP) that supports SAML 2.0, OpenId, Google or JWT protocol.

The key providers include Salesforce, Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, Symplified, Active Directory, Veeva, Google, IBM Cloud Identity Connect and many more.

HRMS & UserSync

To ensure the latest user information is available for rules and automated learning plan assignment, Mindtickle manages the process of automatically syncing with the master source of employee data such as a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or another provider like Microsoft Active Directory or Salesforce.

We integrate with leading platforms as well as any HRMS system that can deliver the data over an SFTP periodically, e.g: Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors, etc.

Content Management
