Deleting your Mindtickle account

Account deletion is handled by the Mindtickle Support team through a support ticket. This page explains what deletion means and walks you through how to request it.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion, raise a ticket with our Support team using the button below:

  1. Click Raise a deletion request to open the Mindtickle Help & Support Center.
  2. If you are not signed in, you'll be redirected to log in first, then brought straight back to the ticket form — no need to navigate again.
  3. In the Subject field, enter “Account deletion request”.
  4. In the Description, confirm that you want your account permanently deleted and include any details the team may need.
  5. Submit the ticket. The Support team will take it from there and follow up with you.

What happens after you submit

Once your ticket is submitted, the Support team reviews the request, verifies your identity, and processes the deletion. You'll receive updates on the same ticket, which you can track from the My Tickets section of the Help & Support Center.

What if I'm not logged in?

You'll be redirected to the login page automatically. After signing in, you'll be returned directly to the ticket form so you can continue without starting over.

How long does deletion take?

Processing times vary depending on verification. The Support team will keep you updated through your ticket.

Can I cancel the request?

If the deletion has not yet been processed, reply to your ticket as soon as possible to let the team know.
