I've been at Signifyd for five and a half years. I started as one of the sales directors And about two years, almost two and a half years ago, I switched into the enablement role. And right now as the head of enablement, I oversee our learning and development, our change management for our go to market teams, which is kind of executives, customer success, business development, and then also to a certain degree, solution engineering team. So part of the reason that we've continued with MindTickle is the way that the platform continues to be one step ahead of me from my needs standpoint. MindTiggle fits into part of a larger process. The answer is not always an e learning or a module, and then we can pat ourselves in the back and say, we did it. When we have change that has to happen, when we have behavior that we want people to do something differently, the learning and development portion is a part of that overall change management process. But it's pivotal. And the way that MindSickle allows me to track engagement, to assign it for people to engage in it whenever they want to. I have leadership accountability through reporting. We've got our team members who can go in and see their progress. All of those things, I think it does very well and support the overall change process. So, I continue to just be impressed with the resources that are available and the way that MindSickle's platform is not just it's not just a module. It's not just elearning in the sense that you're consuming videos and answering questions. We're done that. We're past that. The next level are things like our interactive missions. It's like being able to do asynchronous role plays. Those are huge for the work environment that I have. The interactive missions are a game changer for me because they solve a business problem that has been simmering for a while in my organization, where my leadership has said to me, I don't have time to role play with my reps. We're busy trying to execute. We've got all these other initiatives that are coming out. I know I need to do it, but I don't have the time. I wish I could to do role plays and help people practice. What that team leader is describing in that moment is a trouble with synchronous time. I don't have the ability to sit down and be with this rep one to one. And what interactive missions do is they make that experience asynchronous. It makes it infinitely scalable. The rep can go through and practice a cold call or a discovery or some pitch with the with the bot that talks back to them in a way that the manager couldn't support for another hour. I gotta go. Your teammate is calling me. Time to stop. So, the problem that it solves is huge in our asynchronous and, for me, remote workspace. I'm constantly amazed at how much attention I get from the MindTickle team. I know that there are many bigger customers than me, which is fabulous for Mindsickle. And it amazes me the attention that I still get. So the support that I get from my CSM, I think is phenomenal. I get problem solving. I get creative thought. I get collaboration. It isn't just helping escalate a support ticket. Support is responsive. And I've also been fortunate to have interactions with team members from product and from marketing. And I really do get a feel from the MindTickle broader org that the organization is trying to grow and push itself, which is a company that I want to be part of. One of the biggest impacts that I feel like I've achieved so far is that enablement has transitioned from being somebody that is considered when we're looking at rollouts, change, and up leveling to somebody that's now strategically sought after. And the way MindTickle has supported that is the resources that are available are vast and creative. So that when I come, when team members, subject matter experts, or leaders come to me wanting help with an up leveling, a change, a rollout, they know that the answer isn't just, Well, let's do a video module. They know that there are creative expressions that we can do to help their team members feel engaged, that support the different dimensions of a learning process. And being able to get to that place with my stakeholders is huge.
