Mindtickle AI Terms​

 

1. DEFINITIONS.

1.1. AI Feature(s) means any feature(s) of Mindtickle Platform that leverage the AI Model(s).

1.2. AI Model(s) means the Large Language Models (“LLMs”) trained on vast amounts of text data that provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and are leveraged to provide AI Feature(s).

1.3. Customer Data means and includes Input Data provided by the Customer and its Users through the use of AI Feature(s) and the corresponding Output Data./

1.4. Input Data means (i) data provided by the Customer and its Users, which includes, but is not limited to, prompt, user instructions, and any additional data provided by the Customer, and (ii) data provided by Mindtickle, which includes, without limitation, functional context, rules, system prompts, guidelines, and formatting instructions.

1.5. Output Data means the response generated by AI Models and provided by AI Feature(s) to the Customer after processing the Input Data.

1.6. Subscription Services means the online learning and enablement system software offered as a service hosted on the Mindtickle platform (“Mindtickle Platform”) and provided by Mindtickle to the Customer under the applicable agreement signed with Mindtickle (“Agreement”).

In the event of a conflict between these AI terms and conditions and the Agreement, these AI terms and conditions shall prevail. 

2. Training and Improvement.

Mindtickle has implemented controls to ensure that Customer Data is not used by AI Models for training or improvement purposes. These controls also include limitations on using aggregated and anonymized Customer Data to train or improve AI Models for other Mindtickle customers or for Mindtickle’s internal use.

3. Ownership.

Customers will retain ownership of Customer Data but grant Mindtickle the right to process, store, transmit, and use it as necessary solely to provide the AI Feature(s).

4. Data Segregation.

Mindtickle has adopted safeguards to ensure that requests made to the AI Models by distinct customers are private, encrypted, and logically segregated, and Customer Data of one customer is not shared with other Mindtickle customers.

5. Data Retention.

Mindtickle has established measures to ensure Customer Data provided to the AI Models is processed by AI Models temporarily and deleted immediately upon request completion without retaining it in permanent storage of AI Models.

6. Customer Data Usage.

Mindtickle’s approach does not involve the intentional sharing of personal identifiers with AI Models, but depending on the AI features(s) leveraged by the Customers, Mindtickle may be required to share Customer Data with the AI Models as part of a request. Such data is generally not anticipated to include personal identifiers; in instances where personal identifiers may be present, it is expected to be unstructured and fragmented.

7. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content and Customer Responsibility.

Mindtickle Platform aims to provide accurate responses and insights, but as with any AI Model, there is a potential for errors or incomplete information. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review Output Data before relying on them for business decisions or operations.
