My name is Joe Toole. I'm a director for sales enablement at Darktrace. We are using MindTickle as our learning management system. We leverage it to enable our go to market teams. We also leverage it in other aspects of the business to help our HR folks with compliance training and and other enablement needs across the organization. So one of my colleagues who's heading up, our leadership enablement is leveraging the AI role plays to help our managers to become better coaches. At Darktrace, we're working really hard to build a stronger coaching culture, and so we can help, again, give them an opportunity in a safe place to have the opportunity to practice having those challenging conversations or learning how to give feedback more appropriately to the folks on their team. Another team that we've worked with and leveraged in the past year is the content as a service team. They've, they've really helped come in and and help build some critical content when we either were a little short on resources ourselves or frankly we we just didn't have the resource with the appropriate knowledge or skill to help us build the content we needed to build in a quick turnaround time. So we've had the opportunity to work with lots of good people at MindTimble.
