Hi, my name is Allison Posey. I am the Sales Academy Manager at Rush Enterprises. And what Rush does is we're a commercial truck dealership. We are one of the largest commercial truck dealer, but we also specialize in parts and service. And so we're a one stop shop for solution of choice. We just purchased in July. And so, you know, here we are in September and there's lots to do and it can be overwhelming, but we really feel like we're good hands. The support has been incredible. You put in a ticket, there's an answer really fast. I know that's one thing that kind of scares people when you start something new or purchase something. You hear about the SLAs. They should get back to you with this time period and then you feel like, Yeah, they say that, but let's see what really happens when I put in a ticket. But no, it's been nothing but the best type of service. It's been great to have such a good experience with your folks here, your content as a service team, and just the follow-up and just making sure you feel comfortable and like you're in good hands.
