In the event that an out-of-scope service is deemed necessary, both MindTickle and the Customer shall collaborate to ascertain and document the service’s scope, level of effort, and tasks through a change order. Mindtickle Technical Account Manager Service provides a named technical support specialist who applies knowledge of the customer’s use cases and business objectives to optimize and maintain the day to day operations of the platform.
