Mindtickle is built using web standards. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or any other device with a modern web browser.

As of February 2021, we support the following browsers. We highly recommend updating your web browsers to the latest versions.

Notes:

  • TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols are disabled for Mindtickle. Ensure your browser is compatible with TLS1.2 or higher.
  • We have ended support for Internet Explorer 11 on January 31, 2021.


Mobile App Support

  • iOS 11 and above
  • Android 5.0 and above

Note: Mission is not supported on the browser of iPad and mobile device. We recommend using the Mindtickle mobile app to access Mission on iPad and mobile devices. For information about browser support for Mission, refer to Best Practices for Mission.

On October 29, 2020, we’ve discontinued support for recording Missions on Internet Explorer and Safari, as these browsers do not currently support HTML5. For more information, refer to this announcement.
